Shop Policies

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, all will be processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

All prices are in $USD. We collect sales tax for states within the US where it is required. Please be aware that some international orders will have tax or fees due upon receipt.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please be sure to check that your shipping address is correct BEFORE you place your order. If you have already placed your order and need to make a correction, email us as soon as possible to fix the error so we can make sure your order gets to you!

We cannot issue refunds due to incorrect addresses.

Please be sure that your order is being shipped to a secure location. We cannot be responsible for stolen packaged or orders that have been marked "delivered" but have not been received.

Processing time

We do our best to process orders within a week of the order date.

Processing time is in addition to shipping time.

United States Orders

All domestic orders (with the exclustion of stickers and bookmarks) will be shipped via USPS First Class (2-5 business days) and include tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking information when the product ships. Stickers and bookmarks are shipped in a stamped envelope and do not include tracking.

Shipping time is guaranteed by USPS, not us. We are not responsible for any delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders

We ship internationally!

Please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are unable to estimate what, if any, taxes or duties will apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

SCREEN COLORS

Please be aware that some screens may display colors differently. We take great care to photograph our products in a way that accurately displays their color, but the product you receive may have a slight variation in color from what you see on the screen.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

We understand that sometimes orders are damanged in transit and we want you to be happy with your order. If this happens, please email us right away with photos that clearly show the damage so that we can file a claim with the post office.

We will communicate with you to remedy the problem and will work out how to get you a new item or a refund as soon as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time.
